<br /> Code creating changes in district boundaries and amending Sheets Nos.
<br /> 54 and 55 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification"

<br />of a 19.94 acre parcel of land located on the north side of Delhi Road between
<br />Bristol Street and Fairview Road~ from the R-1 to the R-3 District, in accordance
<br />with amendment application of W. F. Croddy, was considered and passed by the follow

<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, Map of Tract No.
<br />
<br />3012, submitted by Honer Development Company, on property located on Freeman Street
<br />and Buffalo Avenue, and bond in the amount of $24,500.00 were approved, license
<br />
<br />payment fee in the sum of $1600.00 accepted and the agreement covering improvements
<br />
<br />was ordered signed.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Markel and carried, proper officials were
<br />authorized to execute the agreement dated June 4th, 1956, with the County of 0range
<br />for participation of the City in the cost construction for the extension of Bristol
<br />Street, north of Memory Lane to the Santa Ana Freeway.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the Manager and on motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by
<br />
<br />Heinly and carried, the Mayor was authorized to execute the petition, on behalf of
<br />
<br />the C~ty, which contained 139 signatures requesting certain Lmprovements in the
<br />
<br />Delhi District through an assessment district. Hector Ood'~nez, representing the
<br />
<br />people in the area, expressed his apprec!ation to the Cou~nc~l for their cooperation
<br />in this matter. On motion of Councilman Dahl~ seconded by Heinly ~d carried, the
