<br />On recommendation of the Mans~er and on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by

<br />He~nly and carried, the request of Dewey &Bob's Mixed Concrete was granted for twoii
<br />
<br />35 foot curb cuts at ll20 East Washington Avenue, subject to the condition that a
<br />hedge located between the exit driveway and the existing office be removed entirely
<br />
<br />so there is no possibility of the sight distance being restricted for trucks leaving
<br />through this d~ivewa~.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the r~ading of the ~esolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilm~ Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution
<br />entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 56-169.concerning parking limitations and curb
<br /> markings in accordance therewith"
<br />
<br />establishing a red zone on the south side of Washington Avenue between Fuller Street
<br />

<br /> Code creating ch-%mes in district boundaries and amending Sheet No.
<br /> 34 of the Districting Map to shew the reclassification"
<br />
<br />of property located on both sides of proposed Brook Street between Highland and
<br />
<br />~ubbon Streets, and Bristol and Shelton Streets, from the R-1 to the R-3 District,
<br />
<br />in accordance with amendment application of Helen T. Nitt, was considered and passe~
