O0 <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman De~hl, seconded by Jerome and carried, proper officials were <br /> authorized to execute the agreement dated August 20th, 1956~ with Sarver Motors, <br /> to construct an electric sign in front of property at 2727 South Main Street, <br /> extending over and upon the area between the center of said street and the setback <br /> line. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper officials were~ <br /> authorized to execute the agreement dated August 20th, 1956, with Cole Parking Lots <br /> Inc., to construct an electric sign in front of property at 701 North ~in Street, <br /> extending over and upon the area ~etseen the center of said street and the setback <br /> line. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Heinly and carried, Preliminary Map <br /> presented by Otto A. Waldman, owner of property located at the northwest inter- <br /> section of Eighth Street and Westwood Avenue, was approved. <br /> <br />On m~tion~ of Counci~m~n Dahl, .seconded by He~y and carried, Preliminary Map <br />presented by Peter A~ .Nebekex~, owner of property located at Baker Street and futur~ <br />Brook Street, was approved subject to filing of proper bond or a signature to an <br />agreement creating a lien on the property which will protect the City and guarantee <br />the construction of street improvements. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Dmh~, seconded by Jerome and carried, Preliminary Map <br />presented by Eardie Manufacturing Company, owner of property located on Dyer Road, <br />165' from the center line of Harbor Ro~d, was approved~ subject to conditions of <br />Department of Public Works.. <br /> <br /> <br />
