<br /> authorized to execute the agreement dated August 20th, 1956~ with Sarver Motors,
<br /> to construct an electric sign in front of property at 2727 South Main Street,
<br /> extending over and upon the area between the center of said street and the setback
<br /> line.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Heinly and carried, proper officials were~
<br /> authorized to execute the agreement dated August 20th, 1956, with Cole Parking Lots
<br /> Inc., to construct an electric sign in front of property at 701 North ~in Street,
<br /> extending over and upon the area ~etseen the center of said street and the setback
<br /> line.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Heinly and carried, Preliminary Map
<br /> presented by Otto A. Waldman, owner of property located at the northwest inter-
<br /> section of Eighth Street and Westwood Avenue, was approved.

<br />Brook Street, was approved subject to filing of proper bond or a signature to an
<br />agreement creating a lien on the property which will protect the City and guarantee
<br />the construction of street improvements.
