Class 1 consists of <br /> the operation, repair, maintanance or minor <br /> alterations of existing public or private struc- <br /> tures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or <br /> topographical features, involving negligible <br /> or no expansion of use beyond t~at previously <br /> existing, including but not limited to: <br /> <br /> (1) Interior or exterioralterations involving <br /> such things as interior partitions, plumb- <br /> ing, and eiectrical'~onVeyances; <br /> <br /> (2) Existing facilities of both investor, and <br /> publicly owned utilities used to provide <br /> electric power, natural gas, sewerage, <br /> or other public utility services. <br /> <br /> (3) Existing highways and streetsL ~w~eh~ <br /> a~e~y-es~ab~she~-~§h~s-e~-way~ side- <br /> walks, guttersl bicycle and pedestrian <br /> trails, and similar facilities; <br /> <br /> (4) Restoration, or rehabilitation of deterio- <br /> rated or damaged structures, facilities or <br /> mechanical equipment to meet current stan- <br /> dards of public health and safety, unless <br /> it is determined that the damage was sub- <br /> stantial and resulted from an environmental <br /> <br /> <br />
