After the ENAF is filed with <br />the Planning Department, the Environmental Impact <br />Evaluator shall make a determination whether <br />or not there is a possibility that the project may <br />have a significant effect on the environment. <br />(a) Negative Declaration <br /> <br /> The Environmental Impact Evaluator shall <br /> prepare a negative declaration for a project <br /> which could potentially have a significant <br /> effect on the envlronment~..but which the <br /> Environmental Impact Evaluator finds on the <br /> basis of anInitial Study will not have a <br /> significant effect on the environment. This <br /> determination can be made independently by the <br /> Environmental Impact Evaluator or .in conjunction <br /> with the Environmental Review Action Committee <br /> (ENRAC). The Environmental Impact Evaluator <br /> shall consider Section 15081 and 15082 of the <br /> Guidelines for Implementation of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act of 1970, in making <br /> his determination as to whether or not the project <br /> may possibly have a significant effect on the <br /> environment.
