The draft <br /> <br />EIR shall contain comments made by governmental agencies <br />which have jurisdiction by law with respect to the <br />project. The Environmental Impact Evaluator and the <br />local agency shall.consult with other persons who have <br />special expertise in envir6nmental matters, pertaining <br />to the particular project. A complete listing of other <br />agencies, particularly governmental agencies, which have <br />legal jurisdiction and/or special expertise with respect <br />tO Various projects .and project locations are contained <br />in Appendix A attached to these Rules and Regulations. <br />The Environmental Impact Evaluator shall add additional <br />listings of agencies having legal jurisdiction and/or <br />special expertise to Appendix A from time to time as <br />necessary. Such listings'~hould be a guide in determining <br />which agency should be consulted'with regard to a <br />particular project. <br /> <br /> <br />
