Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, <br />William Jerome, Milford W. Dahl <br />Tilghman A. Ta~lor <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />December 3, 1956, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved <br />on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried. <br /> <br />Hea~ing <br />"Edinger School ~nnex" <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />This being the d~te set for hearin~ protests on annexation to the City of certain unin- <br />habited territory d~signated "Edinger School Annex"~ and there being no protests, on <br />motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Ordinance <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> Hearing <br />Establish setback <br />lines on Cypress Ave. <br />south of Goetz Ave. <br />-Ordinance <br /> <br /> "Ordinance declaring the annexation of th~ certain territory <br /> designated 'Edinger School Annex'" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for sec0h~ reading. <br /> <br /> protests <br />This being the date set for ~eari~_/on establishing setback lines on both sides of <br /> <br />Cypress Avenue south of Goetz Avenue~ and no protests having been received, on motion <br />of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance esta~lishin~ setback lines on both sides of Cypress <br /> Avenue south of Goetz Avenue" <br /> <br /> <br />
