Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, William Jerome and Milford W. Dahl, <br />and to the Tustin News, a newspaper, who had demanded notice of Specisl <br />Meetings,. all prior to 3:30 P.M., on.December 27, 1956, and after telegraphic <br />notice to and a telegraphic consent to the holding of said meeting had been <br />received from Councilman. Taylor. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen <br /> <br />Change order <br />on Reservoir <br />First and Flower <br />Streets <br /> <br />Dale H. Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, <br />William Jerome, Milford W. Dahl <br />TilgDm~ A. Taylor. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by M~rkel and carried, a Change Order was <br /> <br />authorized for the sub-grade on the construction of Reservoir at First and Flower <br /> <br />Streets, in accordance with Subsections 25 (c), Page B-22 of the Specifications. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Eeinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the City Council <br /> <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
