<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Markel, seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution

<br />permitting the First Christian Church, at !Tth and College Streets, to purchase
<br />use, during hours when ~hurch services demand it, parking signs reading "Loading
<br />Zone - No Parking Between Signs - City Police Department", was considered and passe
<br />by the following vote:

<br />establishing red .zones on the east and west sides of Flower Street between 17th
<br />Street and 19th Street, on the east side of Flower Street between 15th and 17th
<br />Street, and on the south side of 17th Street between Flower Street and Heliotrope
<br />Drive, and on the north and south sides of 17th Street between Flower Street smd
<br />Olive Street, was considered and passed by the following vote:
