Unger) <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Markel, seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution <br /> No. 57 <br /> 'Resolution/concerning portable loading zone signs" <br /> <br />permitting the First Christian Church, at !Tth and College Streets, to purchase <br />use, during hours when ~hurch services demand it, parking signs reading "Loading <br />Zone - No Parking Between Signs - City Police Department", was considered and passe <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen J. Ogden Markel, William Jerome, Milford W. Dahl <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br />Not Voting, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Markel) seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 57-64 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing red .zones on the east and west sides of Flower Street between 17th <br />Street and 19th Street, on the east side of Flower Street between 15th and 17th <br />Street, and on the south side of 17th Street between Flower Street and Heliotrope <br />Drive, and on the north and south sides of 17th Street between Flower Street smd <br />Olive Street, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, <br /> William Jerome, Milford W. Dahl <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 57-65 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing two 2~-minute zones on the west side of South Main Street between Pin. <br />and Walnut Streets, reference request of Charles S. Givens, was considered and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, <br /> William Jerome, Milford W. Ogden Markel, Milford W.D~ <br />William Jerome <br />None <br /> <br />On recommendation of the curb usage committee and on motion of Councilman Heinly, <br />seconded by Markel and carried, a notice of public hearing was ordered published <br />setting the date of hearing on May 6, 1957, to determine whether Seventh Street <br /> <br /> Street.. <br />between Main and Sycamore Streets shall be declared a "One-Way " <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, .on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Jerome, seconded by Reinly and carried, the following Resolution entitl. <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 57-66 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />extending the twenty-four minute zone at 214 South Broadway, reference request of <br />Dr. John B.
