Special container rental service from the refuse collection <br />contractor consisting of a commercial container, one cubic yard <br />capacity, emptied once a week at a cost of $10.00 per month, <br />including castor wheels where needed, is available for residential <br />buildings with four or more dwelling units. <br /> <br />a. Each commercial and each industrial occupancy and any other <br />occupancy not expressly provided for herein shall pay the basic <br />rate of $4.00 for each two months period. These charges are to <br />be paid to the City for refuse collection other than the container <br />service charges billed and collected directly by the City's refuse <br />collection contractor. <br /> <br />b. The charges listed in a. above apply only to refuse services <br />which conform to standard requirements of the City, such as, <br />standard 32 gallon metal or plastic containers, placement at curb <br />or in alley, not more than 200 pounds per pickup, once weekly, and <br />all other regulations. Any service received in addition to or <br />greater than these standard requirements shall be handled by agree- <br />ment directly with the contractor, in addition to the billing by <br />the City as provided herein. Overweight collections and collec- <br />tions beyond the once a week pickup by the City may be provided <br />by agreement with the contractor and shall be based on the con~nercial <br />container (dumpster) rates for similar amounts of refuse and <br />frequency of collection. There will be no City charge to users of <br />container (dumpster) services. <br /> <br />c.
