No. 57-g7 "Mabury Annex No. 3" APPROVED: ~'6~T- the' C~t~ of Santa 'Aha The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle "Resolution No. 57-95 giving notice of proposed annexation to the City of Santa Ana of that certain uninhabited territory described herein anddesignated 'MaburyAnnex No. l', and giving notice of time and place for hearing of protests thereto" was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes~ Noes, Absent, 8:02 P.M. Dahl None None On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried~ the report from the Planning Commission recommending approva~ of proposal to annex property located on the south side of Seventeenth Street, between Mabury Street and Tustin Avenue, con- sisting of approximately 87 acres, known as "Mabury Annex No. 2", and petition signed by H.&.J. Mabury Company: were received and filed..
