Milford Absent: Councilmen William Heinly, J. The Council havir~ una~,!mously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of CounciLman Neinly~ seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle¢ Re~olution No. 57~98 givin$ notice of proposed annexation to the City of 2~utaAnaof that certain uni~habited territory described herein and designated 'Mabury Annex No. 2' and giving notice of time mud place for hea~ing of protests thereto" was considered and passed by the following vote: ResO. No. 57-99 "Mabury Annex Jo. 3" Ayes~ Councilmen Dale H. Neinly, J. Ogden Markel~ Milford W. Dahl Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen William Jerome ~e Co,oil havi~ ~ously w,~...ed the readir~ of the Resolution, on motion of Councilmm~ Heinty~ seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle~ "Resolution No. 57-~9 giving notice of proposed annexation to the City of Santa ~ma of that certain uninhabited territory described herein and designated 'Mabury Annex No. 3', and giving notice of time and place for hearing of protests thereof" was considered s~d passed by the follo~,~ing vote: Petition for consent of annexation "North Of Tustin Annexation" Ajes~ Councilmen Dale H. Ramberg, for consent to the commencement of a~nexation proceedings referred to as "North of Tustin Annexation" be received, filed and the consent of the Council was Reso. No. 57-100 "North of Tustin Annexation" o~ en to proceedings seeking annexation to the City. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution~ on motion of Councilman Neinly, seconded by Markel and carried~ the following Resolution entitle( "Resolution No. 57-100 consenting to commencement of proceedings for annexation of imhabited territory" was considered and passed by the following vote: Boundary Commission repol~t - 'mSegerstrom Annex No. 3" Ayes~ Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent~ Councilmen Dale H.
