Dahl <br />Councilmen William Jerome <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of April l, 1957 and April 8, 1957, reading of the Minutes was dispensed <br />with and approved on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and <br />carried. <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Ordinance No. NS-240 <br />Ad5pt Uniform Plumbing <br />Code, 1955 Edition <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on amending Chapter 2 of Article VIII <br />of th~ Santa Aha Municipal Code to adopt by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, <br />1955 Edition, with mmen&ments thereto, no protests were received. The Council <br /> <br />having unsuuimousty waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of Cou~ucilman <br /> <br />~rkel~ seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-240 amending Chapter 2 of Article VII! of <br />the Santa Ama Municipal Code to adopt by reference the <br />uniform Plumbing Code, 1955 Edition, with amendments thereto" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Plann. Dahl <br />Noes, CounciLmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen William Jerome <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the <br />amendment initiated by the Planning Commission to modify the existing C-1 and C-2 <br />Districts upon property fronting on or adjacent to the east and west sides of Nortl <br />~nd South '~:ain Street, from Tenth Street north and Walnut Street south, to the <br />Corporate Limits, by the addition thereto of -PK (Parking District Requirements), <br /> <br />was considered. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, <br /> <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />Ordznance amendin~ Article IX of the Santa Aha I.~unicipal Code <br />creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheets <br />NO. 1, 2, 3, 4, 12~ '13, 14, 15, 29, 30, 31, 32, 40, 41, 42, <br />and 43 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />Bid acceptance <br />Two baseball field <br />lighting systems in <br />Artesia Park <br /> <br />was introduced, considered a~ud placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented by the Manager for the furnishing and installin~ <br />two baseball field lighting systems in the City property known as ;~tesia Park, in <br />accordance with Specification No. ~91-5, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
