<br /> for use of the Bowl. It was mot'ed by Co~unciLms~n Heinly, seconded by Markel and
<br /> carried, that the applicant be advised of the rental charge for use of the Bowl and
<br /> that a formal request shall b~ made for the privilege of soliciting funds.
