RESOLUTION NO. 75- 171 PAGE TWO SECTION 7: Said section of said street proposed to be vacated is more fully described as follows: A strip of land 2.00 feet wide bounded Easterly by the Westerly line of Lot 17, of Tract No. 748, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 30, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; bounded Westerly by the Easterly line of Lot 29, of said Tract No. 748; bounded Southerly by the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said Lot 29; bounded Northerly by a line 2.00 feet Northerly from and parallel to the said Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said Lot 29. Reserving and excepting to the City of Santa Ana the permanent easement and right at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, and renew sanitary sewers and storm drains and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across any street or part thereof proposed to be vacated and pursuant to any existing franchises or renewals thereof, or otherwise, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles, and other convenient structures, equipment and fixtures for the operation of gas pipelines, telegraphic and telephonic lines, railroad lines, and for the transportation or distribution of electric energy, petroleum and its products, ammonia, water, and incidental purposes, including access and the right to keep the property free from inflammable materials, and wood growth, and otherwise to protect the same from all hazards in, upon, and over the street or part thereof proposed to be vacated.
