RESOLUTION NO. PAGE TWO 76-2 Except the Southerly 12.00 feet of the Northerly 100.00 f~e~ of %ha~ Dor~ion described a~ follow~ Beginning at a point in a line parallel with and 2.00 feet West from the East line of said Lot 3, said point being 14.00 feet North from the South line of said Lot 3, said point also being in the Northerly line of 17th Street, 80.00 feet in width; thence North along said parallel line, 100.00 feet; thence Southerly in a direct line to a point in the said Northerly line of 17th Street, said point being located 1.86 feet West measured along the North line of 17th Street from the intersection of the East line of said Lot 3 with the said North line of 17th Street; thence West along the North line to said 17th Street o.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is hereby ordered to bring an action in the name of the City of Santa Ana to condemn said property necessary to be taken and to do all things necessary to prosecute said action to final determination. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is ordered to obtain immediate possession of that portion of the above described property together with the right to enter upon the remaining property where necessary for construction and severing purposes.
