RESOLUTION 76-16 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DESIGNATING CITY OFFICIALS WHO ARE <br />AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DURING HEARINGS CONDUCTED BY THE LOCAL AGENCY <br />FORMATION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bylaw Number 25 of the Local Agency Formation Commis- <br />sion, as amended in March, 1967, provides that the Chairman of the <br />Local Agency Formation Commission may require every city that wishes <br />to present testimony before the Local Agency Formation Commission <br />at a hearing to file a resolution of the city council of the city <br />authorizing certain representatives to appear on behalf of the city <br />at said hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to extend the authorization <br />previously given under resolution 67-73 designating officials author- <br />ized to represent the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby designates the Mayor, members of the City <br />Council, City Attorney, City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, <br />the Assistant to the City Manager, Planning Director and the Public <br />Works Director as the city officials authorized to represent the <br />City of Santa Ana before the Local Agency Formation Commission on <br />any matter under consideration by said Commission. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by <br />Ana at its regular meeting <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Santa <br />held on the 19th day of January, 1976. <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS.: <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
