ATTACHMENT (AP #1-011-13) That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, in Township 5 South, Range l0 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange~ State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 7, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2, and running thence North 461.1 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the right of way of the Santa Aha River through the Newbert Protection District; thence South 34°48' West along said Easterly line, 570 feet to a point on the South line of said Section 2; thence East 324 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 40 feet thereof. AkSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following 2escribed parcel of land: · Beginning at a point 300 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2, and running -thence North 16t.lO feet to a point on the Easterly line of the right of way of the Santa Aha River through the Newbert Protection District; thence South 34o48, West 327.65 feet; thence North 60° East 215.92 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described parcel of land: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2; thence Northerly 40,00 feet along the Easterly line of said Southeast quaKter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; theh~e Northerly 10.00 feet along said Easterly line; thence Southwesterly 93 feet more or less along a straight line to a point distant Westerly 93.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the said Easterly line, said point being also distant Northerly 49.50 feet, measured at right angles, from the Southerly line of said Section 2; thence Northerly 1.50 feet along a line parallel to and distant Westerly 93.00 feet from the said Easterly line; thence Northwesterly 193 feet more or less along a straight line to a point on the Easterly line of the right of way of the Santa Aha River through the Newbert Protection Dis- trict, said point being also distant Northerly 54.00 feet, measured at right angles, from-the said Southerly line of Section 2; thence Southwesterly 16 feet more or less along the said Easterly line of the right of way of. the Santa Ana River to a point distant Northerly 40.00 feet, measured at right angles from the said Southerly line; thence 296 feet more or less along a line parallel to and distant Northerly 40.00 feet measured at right angles from the said Southerly line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
