ATTACHMENT B (AP #101-111-01) Parcel l: That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in book 51, page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter; thence Southerly 360.00 feet more or less along the Westerly line of said Southeast quarter to a point 300.00 feet North of the Southwest corner .of said Southeast quarter; thence North 29°18'00" East 150.00 feet; thence North 34°48'00" East 284.56 feet to the Northerly line of said Southeast quarter; thence along said Northerly line Westerly 239.66 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING that portion thereof lying Southeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Section 2, East 485.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said section; thence North 29°18'00" East to a point on the Easterly line of said West half which is North 300.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter.
