RESOLUTION NO. 76-53 <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING PLANS, <br />SPECIFICATIONS, COST ESTIMATE, AND MAP OF THE <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 240 <br />(SILVER ACRES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this City Council, <br />plans, profiles, specifications, an estimate of cost and a proposed <br />boundary map of the assessment district, relating to the construction <br />of certain public improvements in what is known and designated as <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 240 <br /> (SILVER ACRES) <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the above recital is true and correct. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That the plans, profiles, specifications, <br />Cost estimate and proposed boundary map of the Assessment District <br />be and the same are each hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That the said plans, profiles, specifications, <br />and cost estimate shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer <br />and copies thereof in the Office of the City Clerk of said City. <br />That said original map of proposed boundaries of said Assessment <br />District, and one copy thereof, be filed in the Office of the City <br />Clerk and a copy thereof in the Office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17thday of <br /> <br />May, 1976 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />CITY CLERK <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
