REL: nr <br />6-3-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-61 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, AFFIRMING THE ACTION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ON MINOR EXCEPTION <br />APPLICATION NO. 76-6, APPROVING SAID MINOR <br />EXCEPTION APPLICATION, AND DENYING APPEAL NO. <br />363 FILED THEREON BY LOIS L. TETLEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana on June 7, 1976, on Appeal <br />No. 363 filed by Lois L. Tetley in opposition to the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of Minor Exception Application No. 76-6. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based on such pub- <br />lic hearing and the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, <br />the City Council does hereby affirm the action of the Zoning Adminis- <br />trator approving Minor Exception Application No. 76-6, and does <br />hereby approve said Minor Exception Application No. 76-6, and <br />does hereby deny Appeal No. 363 filed thereon in opposition to the <br />Zoning Administrator's action. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br />adopts as its findings of fact for approval of Minor Exception <br />Application No. 76-6, those "Finding of Fact, EX 76-6" prepared <br />and submitted by the Zoning Administrator, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as though fully set forth. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 215t day of June , 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
