RESOLUTION NO. 76-6K CITY OF SANTA ANA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERING THE WORK AND IMPROVEMENTS, TOGETHER WITH APPURTEN- ;~-NCES IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 240 (SILVER ACRES) WHEREAS, this City Council has instituted proceedings an4 conducted a Public Hearing for the construction of certain ~&blic works of improvements, together with appurtenances and &pp~rtenant work in connection therewith, incl~i~ acquisition, ~era necessary, in a special assessment district pursuant to the te~ and provisions of the #I~rovement Act of 1911", being Divi- sio~ 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the Stats of California; · 4~id s~ecial assessment district kno~wn and designate~ aa ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 240 (SILVER ACRES) (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). AS FOLLOWS: THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF SANTA ANA SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and ~orrect. WO.~KS OF IMPROVEr~ENT SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require the work and improvement hereinafter mentione~ to be done, and therefore the said City Council hereby oz~ers the following work to be done and improvements to be made, to wit: The construction of certain street improvements, including clearing, grading, curbs and gutters, and driveway approaches, together with certain drainage improvements in the City of Santa'~a in a special assessment district known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 240 (SILVER ACRES)'.
