RESOLUTION NO. 76-68 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA COMMENDING <br />WINSTON R. UPDEGRAFF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winston R. Updegraff has served with the League <br />of California Cities for more than 45 years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winston was in charge of the Los Angeles office <br />of the League of California Cities for 10 years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winston has served as Executive Secretary of the <br />Orange County Division of the League of California Cities for the <br />past 12 years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winston's dedicated service has benefited the City <br />of Santa Ana and the other cities of Orange County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winston is known to be a personable and productive <br />man who has devoted his efforts to public services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winston has been a welcome and ~heerful member of <br />the Santa Ana City Hall since the office of the Orange County Division, <br />League of California Cities was located there; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Santa Ana City Council <br />does hereby express deep gratitude to Winston R.
