REL:rs <br />7-12-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76- 71 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA MODIFYING THE ACTION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />APPLICATION NO. 76-6, APPROVING SAID CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT APPLICATION, AND APPROVING APPEAL NO. <br />365 FILED THEREON BY PACIFIC OUTDOOR ADVERTISING CO. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana on July 6, 1976 on Appeal <br />No. 365 filed by Pacific Outdoor Advertising Co. in opposition <br />to certain conditions imposed by the Planning Commission upon <br />its approval of Conditonal Use Permit Application No. 76-6. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based on such public <br />hearing and the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby approve <br />said Appeal No. 365, approve Conditional Use Permit Application <br />No. 76-6, and modify the action of the Planning Commission thereon <br />by deleting from the conditions of said approval all those condi- <br />tions requiring dedication of right-of-way to the City of Santa <br />ana. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br />adopts as its finding of fact for approval of Conditional Use <br />Permit Application No. 76-6 those "Finding of Fact, Conditional <br />Use Permit No. CUP 76-6" prepared and submitted by the Planning <br />Commission, with the exception that section 7, B, 2, subsections <br />a, b and c, are hereby deleted therefrom. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th <br />day of July , 1976. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~ORENCEI.
