RESOLUTION NO. 76- 77 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF 'r~. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAI~TA <br /> ~4ENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No.58-281 revising and establishin$ the Basic Compensation Plan for <br />employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WE]~REAS, the City Council has from time to time amended this Resolution; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to assign new salary range n-mhers to certain <br />class titles, change the effectl~edate of all salary range numbers, and to add or <br />amend certain salary differential footnotes, all included in Sectio~ 3 of said <br />Resolution 58-281, as amended; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, <br />as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: Allocation of Classes of EmploTment to Salary Ranges.
