Recorded August 9, 1976 11:05 a.m. Book ]1843, Page 1605 CTD:ar 6/29/76 RESOLUTION NO, 76-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A MAP AND ORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION OF ROOSEVELT AVENUE AND SILVER DRIVE WEST OF EUCLID STREET AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF THIS RESOLUTION. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana: The City Council does find that Roosevelt Avenue west of Euclid Street has been relocated to the following described right-of-way~ to wit~ The Northerly 50 feet of the Southerly 187 feet of the North 8 aGres of the South one-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California. The City Council does find that Silver Drive west of Euclid Street has been relocated to the following described right-of-way, to wit: That portion of Silver Drive as shown on a map of Tract No. 366 in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, recorded in Book 15, Page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. The City Council hereby approves that certain map entitled "Proposed Street Vacation Map" as the map showing those portions of Roosevelt Avenue and Silver Drive which are superseded by said relocations and which this Council hereinafter declDres vacated. On recommendation of the Director of Public Works of the City of Santa Ana, this Council does hereby find and declare that those certain portions of Roosevelt Avenue and Silver Drive, indicated on the aforesaid map as Parcels 1 through 13, inclusive, have been superseded by the reloca- tion of said streets and are unnecessary for present or pros- pective street purposes. Therefore, this City Council does hereby make its order pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code Division 2.5, Chapter 5, ~ 1930 et seq. abandon- ing and vacating for street purposes, those portions of Roosevelt Avenue and Silver Drive west of Euclid Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described more fully as follows:
