<br />A. Wilson for permission to conduct open air religious services, using a public

<br />address system on an automobile at various places, parks, shopping centers and alon

<br />streets, several evenings each week and on Saturdays and Sundays between 6:00
<br />
<br />9:30 P.M.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by Hubbard and carried~ per-

<br />mission was granted subject to the applicant submitting a written statement to the
<br />
<br />~{anager, for his approval, as to definite hours and places when and where the appli
<br />
<br />cant wishes to preach.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hall, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Resolution entitled

<br />"Resolution No. 57-226 granting vehicular access rights in 35-foot
<br />driveways at Gas Station corner"

<br />driveways at the service station to be located on the southwest corner of Center
<br />

<br />the Planning Commission was approved and the variance of Hilbert M. Mnelter granted

<br />to permit the construction of an additional duplex next to existing two-family

<br />dwelling on the same lot, located at 802-804 Dorman Street, on the south side of
<br />
<br />the street between Fairmont and Santiago Streets, in R-2 District, subject to the
<br />
<br />conditions of the Department of Public Works~ and the Commission.

<br />The Council having unanimously ~raived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of

<br />CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
