Property: Subject property has 80 feet of frontage on French Street and 125 feet of frontage on Eighth Street and contains approximately 10,000 sq.ft. B. Surrounding Development: Ce North: single family residence East: apartments, office building and single family residence South: single family residence West: apartments and single family residence Street System: French and Eighth Streets are both local streets. O. Comparable Applications or Circumstances: VA lOO1 in 1958 permitted the property at 801 North French to be used as an office.
