RESOLUTION NO. 76- 109 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />Commodity Charge to be Added to said Standby Charge: <br /> <br />All water supplied as recorded by the detector check valve <br />bypass meter: <br /> <br />Per 100 Cubic Feet <br /> <br />$ 0.36 <br /> <br />Private Fire Service Rates With Detector Water Meters, Bi- <br />Monthly ~tand-by Charge for the Fire Meter Portion of Combin- <br />ation Service <br /> <br />SIZE OF FIRE METER <br /> <br />RATE <br /> <br />3" or Less $ 9.00 <br /> <br />4" $ 12.00 <br /> <br />6" $ 18.00 <br /> <br />8" $ 24.00 <br /> <br />10" $ 30.00 <br /> <br />12" $ 36.00 <br /> <br />Commodity Charge to be added to said Stand-by Charge <br /> <br />All water supplied as recorded by the detector meter <br />(fire meter portion): <br /> <br />Per 100 Cubic Feet <br /> <br />$ O. 36 <br /> <br />In the event of a fire certified by the Fire Chief, the <br />charge will be adjusted to exclude water used for fire sup- <br />pression. <br /> <br />Private Fire Service Rates Without Detector Check Valves, Bi- <br />Monthly Stand-by Charge <br /> <br />The charges shall be double the rates for private fire ser- <br />vices with detector check valves. <br /> <br />C. SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS <br /> <br />All rates and service charges for service to premises outside the <br />City limits shall be double the above rates and charges except to <br />those premises outside the City limits heretofore served at the <br />rates charged to those within the City limits. <br /> <br />D. TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br /> <br />Water for construction work and other uses such that service is <br />required for only a limited time, not to exceed six months as <br />provided for in Section 39-26 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />All water supplied from fire hydrants: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Per 100 cubic feet $ 0.42 <br />Meter rental per day $ 0.70 <br /> <br />Water for residential subdivision construction work not to <br />exceed four months as provided for in Section 39-29 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />All water supplied from fire hydrants or water services with <br />spacer connections: <br /> <br />Per Lot $ 9.00 <br />Per lO0 feet of sewer ditch $ 2.80 <br /> <br /> <br />
