CM:nr <br />8-31-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-114 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE <br />PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the California State Personnel Board is <br />equipped to perform a unique package of services incident to <br />the planning, scheduling, preparation, construction and rating <br />of written examinations for civil service classifications as <br />well as related special personnel services and is willing to <br />make these services available to the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana desires to enter into <br />an agreement with the State of California, California State Per- <br />sonnel Board, Cooperative Personnel Services Division, for the <br />purpose of performing technical personnel services for the City <br />of Santa Ana; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That that certain agreement between the <br />California State Personnel Board and the City of Santa Ana, en- <br />titled "Cost Service Contract Agreement," a copy of which is on <br />file in the office of the Clerk of the Council is hereby approved, <br />and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED, this 20th <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />day of Seotember , 1976, <br /> <br />AYES: COUNCILMEN: Ward, Yamamoto, <br /> Garthe, Brandt <br />NOES: COUNCILMEN: <br /> None <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Evans <br /> <br />Bricken, 0rtiz, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />FLORENCE I.
