KLG:rs <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-115 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE CITY IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana: <br /> <br /> 1. That this Council does hereby find and determine <br />that all records of complaints against employees of the City <br />in the Police Department, more than two years old, as to which <br />such employees have been exonerated after investigation or said <br />complaints have been found to be unfounded, are no longer required, <br />and that the written consent of the City Attorney to the destruc- <br />tion of the same has been filed with this Council. <br /> <br /> 2.
