Book 11951 Page ±054 <br />November 5, 1976 <br />l:5S P.M. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-123 ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION qF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE CERTI- <br />FICATES OF COMPLIANCE FOR DIVISIONS OF LAND ON PARCEL DESCRIBED <br />ON ORANGE COUNTY ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 AS <br />PARCEL NOS. 140-061-59, 140-061-60, 140-061-61, 140-061-62, <br />AND 140-061-20 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to issue <br />certificates of compliance on behalf of the City of Santa Ana conforming in <br />form and content to Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as <br />though fully set forth, and to cause the same to be filed with the Recorder <br />of the County of Orange. <br /> <br /> 2. The parcels of real property resulting from the division of <br />land as specifically described in the said Exhibit A are hereby determined <br />to comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of <br />California and with the ordinances of the City of Santa Ana enacted pursuant <br />thereto. <br /> <br />3.
