No. 57-305 <br />Authorizing execution <br />of Quitclaim Deed to <br />Antone Borchard et ux <br /> (sewer easement) <br /> ~,~. ,'~ <br /> <br />Communication <br />Chamber of Cnmmerce <br />"North of Tustin <br />Annexation" <br /> <br />area and the International ~irport at Inglewood, as well as other points in the <br /> <br />Los Angeles Basin area. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Hall, seconded by Hubbard and carried, that the Plannin <br /> <br />Commission be instructed to submit its reccmmendation and report to amend Section <br /> <br />9111 of the Municipal Code (which establishes the M-1 District) by adding to <br /> <br />paragraph (b) thereof a subsection as follows: "25. Nothing herein is i~tended to <br /> <br />prohibit the cc~pou~ding or processing of raw materials in the course of fabricatio <br /> <br />or manufacture of foam rubber or those products or articles known as camelback, <br /> <br />tire repair material, sporting ~ud athletic equipment and like articles m~ule whoil <br /> <br />or in part of rubber, latex or rubber-like materials':. <br /> <br />The M~na~er read the report of the Department of Public Works recomm-nding denial <br /> <br />of request of R. W. Schnelle et al for a two-hour parking limit to be established <br /> <br />on 0r~nge Avenue between First and Wa]nut Streets. On motion of Counc~lms- Marke: <br /> <br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the request was denied. It was moved by Council- <br /> <br />man Hubbard, seconded by Markel and car~ed, that the matter be re-opened for <br /> <br />further consideration. 5tie Council having ~m~Imously waived the reading of the <br /> <br />Resolution, on motion of Counci]m-n ~arkel, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the <br /> <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 57-303 prohibiting parking in excess of two hours <br /> on both sides of 0r, nge Avenue, between First Street and Walnut <br /> Street" <br /> <br />reference request of R.
