<br />Administration, for the term begianing July l, 1958 through March 31, 1959
<br />

<br />Diehl, Evans & Company submitting a condition of funds statement for the three
<br />'months ended September 30, 1957, application of Dyke Water Company before the
<br />
<br />Public Utilities Coz~uission for authorization to increase its rates charged for
<br />
<br />water service and notification of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control of
<br />
<br />beverage applications of Leonard J. Holmberg, 220 East Third Street, F~ank
<br />
<br />Jr., 819-21 South Main Street, Solestine A. Acosta, 2026 West Fifth Street, Rosalie

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall snd carried, the Class Specifi-

<br />cation for "Duplicating Machine Operator" allocated to salary and wage schedule
<br />
<br />No. 24, was approved.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion ef
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 57-317 amending Section 3 of Resolution No.
<br />5114 as amended, entitled 'Resolution establishing a basic
<br />compensation plan for certain classes of employment in the
<br />Municipal Service of the City of Santa Aua, and establishing
<br />regulations for the placement of present employees witbNm
<br />the wage and salary schedules provided'"

<br />by adding to the list of Class Titles the Class Title of "Duplicating Machine
<br />
<br />Operator", was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />granted for twelve working days, to December 25, 1957.

<br />The Manager requested that the 1957-58 Budget be amended by transferring from Fund
<br />51-333-654 to Fund 51-~32-654, the sum of $3200.00 for the purpose of equipping
<br />
