GCH:nr <br />3-18-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-59 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA ACCEPTING CERTAIN CONVEYANCES OF REAL PROPERTY OR <br />INTERESTS THEREIN AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br />CERTAIN LEASE AND SUB LEASE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />FASHION SQUARE PARKING STRUCTURE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has received an Economic <br />Development Administration Grant financed under the Local Public <br />Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976, Public Law <br />94-369 to construct a public parking structure in Fashion Square <br />in the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain documents relating to site acquisition, <br />construction, operation and maintenance of the parking structure <br />are necessary to effectuate the construction of the public parking <br />structure. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The following documents necessary to effectuate the <br />construction of the public parking structure are hereby approved <br />and accepted: <br /> <br />A. Grant deed to strip of land to the City from Federated <br /> Department Stores Inc., for public street purposes. <br /> <br />B. Grant deed to strip of land to the City from Bank of <br /> America Realty Investors for public street purposes. <br /> <br />C. Grant of construction easement to the City from <br /> Federated Department Stores. <br /> <br />D. Grant of construction easement to the City from <br /> Bank of America Realty Investors. <br /> <br />E. Grant of open air easement to City from Federated <br /> Department Stores, Inc. <br /> <br />F. Grant of open air easement to the City from Bank of <br /> America Realty Investors. <br /> <br />G. Lease Agreement to the City from Federated Depart- <br /> ment Stores, Inc. <br /> <br />H. Sublease Agreement to the City from Fashion Square <br /> Associates. <br /> <br /> 2. The Mayor of the City of Santa Ana is hereby autho- <br />rized to execute all of the above referenced documents necessary <br />to effectuate the construction of the public parking structure. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED, this 29th day of March , 1977, by <br />the following vote: <br /> AYES: COUNCiLMEN:Bricken, Ward, 0rtiz, Garthe, <br /> Brandt <br /> NOES: COUNCILMEN: Yamamoto <br /> <br />ABSENT; <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~OR[~'EI.
