<br />and ~alk' sig~ be coordinated with the traffic signals, with the e×ception of the
<br />
<br />Fourth and Main Streets intersection, so that the "Walk" will go on at the same
<br />
<br />time as the green signal; but that the "Wait" sign may be set to precede the yellow
<br />
<br />signal with sufficient time lapse to permit the clearing of pedestrians prior to
<br />
<br />the following green signal.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the followin~ Resolution

<br />entitled:
