Ogden Markel, Dale H. t~inly None None The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle "Resolution No. 58-25 authorizing execution of agreement to sell real property to William and Virginia Guzman~' being 18 feet of property on West Walnut Street, at a total price of $500.00, payabl( in monthly installments of $20.00 or more, including interest on unpaid balance from March 17, 1958 at the rate of 5~ per annum, payments to begin March 1, 1958 and continue until fully paid, was considered and passed by the following vote: Salary increases A~s, Councilmen Royal E.
