<br />The ~na~mer read the report of the Departmaent of Public Works advising that the
<br />area is as w~ll protected as any other school as far as traffic is concerned, with
<br />reference to the request of Monte Vista P.T.A. for cross-walk signs and speed
<br />control for the safety of the school children. On motion of Councilm-n ~11,
<br />seconded by Hubbard amd carried, the Council concurred in the report and the
<br />cations w~re ordered filed.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Wall and carried, the following Resolution entitled

<br />
<br />removing unwarranted traffic sign~ at First and Shelton Streets, as rec~.ended by
