Ogden Markel <br /> <br />The ~na~mer read the report of the Departmaent of Public Works advising that the <br />area is as w~ll protected as any other school as far as traffic is concerned, with <br />reference to the request of Monte Vista P.T.A. for cross-walk signs and speed <br />control for the safety of the school children. On motion of Councilm-n ~11, <br />seconded by Hubbard amd carried, the Council concurred in the report and the <br />cations w~re ordered filed. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Wall and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 58-59 concerning through streets in the City <br /> <br />removing unwarranted traffic sign~ at First and Shelton Streets, as rec~.ended by <br />the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Krueger for two 35-foot driveways <br />on Washington Avenue at Flower Street, was granted, for the medical office building <br />to be constructed at Wasbt~con Avenue and Flower Street. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Counctlma- Gould, seconded by Hubbard an& carried, the following Resolution entitle~: <br /> "Resolution No. 58-61 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />Reso.
