RCS:rs 9-13-77 RESOLUTION NO. 77-109 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO APPROVE VARIANCE NO. 77-14, TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION 8~ A SENIOR CITIZEN'S HOUSING FACILITY IN THE LP DISTRICT AT 2201 EAST WELLINGTON AVENUE, AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 377. WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Aha on September 6, 1977, on the action taken by the Planning Com~ission in approving Variance No. 77-14, to allow construction of a Senior Citizen's Housing Facility in the LP District at 2201 East Wellington avenuew Santa Aha, and WHEREAS, prior to taking this action on variance appli- cation, this Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in Negative Declaration No. 77-63 for the subject prop- erty and, on the basis thereof, finds that the project will not have a significant effect upon the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That based on such public hearing and the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission on Variance No. 77-14. 2. That the City Council does hereby adopt as its find- ings of fact for the approval of Variance No. 77-14 that certain "Finding of Facts, Variance Application No. 77-14," prepared and submitted by the P~anning Commission, on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council and incorporated herein as though fully set forth.
