<br />certain access rights for four driveways in exchange for a grant to
<br />the City of four driveway locations heretofore quitclaimed to the
<br />property owner"

<br />On motion of Counci3nnan Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, proper officials were

<br />authorized to execute lease dated April 7, 1958, with Thomas Conzelamuu for property
<br />on the north side of First Street and on the east side of King Street, on a month to
<br />
<br />month basis, at a rental of $50.00 per month, beginning April 15, 1958, for the put-
<br />
<br />pose of display, sale and storage of camp bodies to be mounted on motor vehicles,
<br />
<br />trailers and other items for location in camp bodies and trailers.

<br />to the Attorney for preparation of an agreement and report back.
