No. 58-93 <br />Designating Hugh H.Foreman <br />to execute agreements re- <br />gardi~ inst~llation of water <br />or sewer lines <br /> <br />Thomas Conzelman <br /> <br />Requezt for abandonment <br />of alley - Murphy K. <br />Zlaket 'd ~ I ~ <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-90 authorizing execution of a deed quitclaimiD~ <br />certain access rights for four driveways in exchange for a grant to <br />the City of four driveway locations heretofore quitclaimed to the <br />property owner" <br /> <br />Van S. and Kathryn E. Pomeroy at First and Walnut Streets, was considered and passed <br /> <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., <br /> A.A.R2~ll, J. Ogden Markel <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen D~le H. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-91 accepting Grant Deeds" <br /> <br />from Ada R. Paul, in the sum of $7,750.00 and Osley and Malta Mae Gibbs, in the sum <br /> <br />of $8,750.00, for properties on North Parton Street, for Civic Center site, was con- <br /> <br />sidereal and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-92 authorizing execution of amendment to <br />agreement between the City of Santa Ana and W. D. Foote for <br />construction of First Street reservoir and pumping station" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Heinly <br /> <br />Mayor Heinly returned to the meeting at 8:50 P.M. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by M~l! and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 58-93 designating Hugh H. Foreman as the person <br /> to execute agreements regarding installation of water or sewer <br /> lines where developer is paying for such installation" <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Heinly <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motion of Counci3nnan Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, proper officials were <br /> <br />authorized to execute lease dated April 7, 1958, with Thomas Conzelamuu for property <br />on the north side of First Street and on the east side of King Street, on a month to <br /> <br />month basis, at a rental of $50.00 per month, beginning April 15, 1958, for the put- <br /> <br />pose of display, sale and storage of camp bodies to be mounted on motor vehicles, <br /> <br />trailers and other items for location in camp bodies and trailers. <br /> <br />Communication w~s read frc~ Attorney C. Arthur Nisson, Jr., reference request of <br /> <br />M~rphy K. Zlaket for ~b~A%donment of an alley ru~mingbetweenMain and Bush Streets <br />at the intersection of Buffalo and Main Streets, advising that Mr. Zlaket objects tol <br />the conditions of the Department of Public Works.
