RCS:ms <br />1/12/75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 77-26, TO ALLOW <br />CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS AT 922-926 NORTH <br />BEWLEY STREET AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 384 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana on January 3, 1978, on <br />the action taken by the Planning Commission in approving <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 77-26, to allow conversion of <br />four single family residences and duplexes at 922-926 North <br />Bewley Street in the R-1 District to condominiums; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, prior to taking action on said Conditional <br />Use Permit this Council has reviewed and considered the <br />information contained in Negative Declaration 77-217 for the <br />subject property and, on the basis thereof, finds that the <br />project will not have a significant effect upon the environment, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That based on such public hearing and the <br />oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City <br />Council does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning <br />Commission in approving approving Conditional Use Permit <br />Number 77-26. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its <br />findings of fact for approval of the Negative Declaration <br />and Conditional Use Permit No. 77-26 that certain "Finding <br />of Fact, Conditional Use Permit No. 77-26," prepared and <br />submitted by the Planning Commission, on file in the office <br />of the Clerk of the Council, and incorporated by reference <br />herein as though fully set forth, except that condition <br />6(A) (3), requiring concrete slabs to be removed and replaced <br />with landscaping, is deleted therefrom. <br /> <br /> 3.
