RESOLUTION NO. 78-5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA PROHIBITING PARKING ON SEVENTEENTH STREET <br />BETWEEN THE SANTA ANA FREEWAY AND TUSTIN AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the heavy volume of traffic on Seventeenth Street, <br />between the Santa Ana Freeway and Tustin Avenue, requires restrictions <br />on the use of said street for parking purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
