No. 58-118 <br />Setting hearing date <br />Assess.District No. 201 <br />Main St. between Edinger <br />St. and Delhi Road <br /> <br />On motion of Councilnmm Gould, seconded by Hubbard end carried, the following <br /> <br />Ordinance entit&ed: <br /> <br />"Ordinance regulating ambulances and ambulance personnel" <br /> <br />as corrected, amended and modified, was introduced, considered end placed on file <br /> <br />for second reading. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance No. NS-320 declaring the annexation of that certain <br />territory designated 'Main and Ne~rport N.E. Luzania, Peggy L. Macias and klice Rachel Luzania for property on West <br />Eighth Street, for extension of E1 Salvador Park, consideration of $13,000.00, <br />Hulda E. Ulrich, for property on the north side of West Sixth Street, for Civic <br />Center site, consideration of <br />James W. Candler, for property on the east side of North Parton Street, for Civic <br />Center site, consideration of 98,250.00, <br />James W. and Gladys M. Carlson, for property at the northeast corner of Sixth and <br />Parton Streets, consideration of $15,250.00, <br />Maria Benita and Maria Magdalena Valdez, for property on the north side of West 17th <br />Street east of Baker Street, consideration of $1,850.00, <br />Alice L. Schmid, for property on the north side of West 17th Street east of Westwood <br />Avenue, consideration of $1,725.00, and <br />B.J. and Louise Chandler, for property on the north side of West 17th Street west of <br />Westwood Avenue, consideration of $5,750.00. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, t~e following Resolution entitled <br /> 58-116 <br /> "Resolution_No/of the City Council of the City of Santa ~lua, California, <br /> adopting profile and improvement plans and specifications for the <br /> improvement of Main Street in said City" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Aye s, Councilmen <br /> <br />Noes, Councilmen <br />Absent, Councilmen <br /> <br />Royal E.
