RESOLUTION NO. 78-30 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERIMG THE WORK AND IMPROVEMENTS, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES, IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT~ CITY OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, this City Council has instituted proceedings and con- ducted a Public Hearing for the construction of certain public works of improvement, together with appurtenances and appurte- nant work in connection therewith, including acquisition where necessary, in a special assessment district pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; said special assessment district known and desig- nated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 241 (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOL\~D BY THE CITY CODNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CALIFOR~;IA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct. WORKS'OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements hereinafter mentioned to be done, and therefore the said City Council hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made, to-wit: The construction of certain public improve- ments, including clearing and grubbing, grading, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, paving, driveway approaches, street trees and certain street work improvements, together with appur- tenances and appurtenant work, including drain- age structures and inlets and intersection work, in the CITY OF SANTA ANA, in a special assess- ment district known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 241 SECTION 3. PLANS ~ND SPECIFICATIONS For further particulars, reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 78-16 and to the plans and drawings for said'improvement on file in the Office of the City Engineer and the City Clerk of said City, and to the specifications
