No. 58-160 <br />Extend Central Traffic <br />District "B' -E. 1st <br />Street c~l <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Nal ~, seconded by Nubbard and cease;led, the following Resolution entitled:. <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. ~8-160 delineating Central Traffic District 'B'" <br /> <br />to establish the two-hour parking zome to include the north side of the 400 block <br /> <br />and both sides of the 500 block on East First Street, with the exception of the <br />Roosevelt School, as am extension of Central Traffic District "B", reference reques~ <br />of D & S MotOrs and Reason ~Alck Company, was considered end passed by th~ followim ~ <br /> <br />Instructions to Manager <br />to negotiate with <br />Architects for Police <br />Facility Building <br /> <br />Reso. No. 58-161 <br />Condemnation of certain <br />real property for Civic <br />Center site <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> A¥OR OF OF <br /> <br />vote <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. ~bbard, Stanley C. Heinly <br />Noes, Co,tut ~ ] men Nolle <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman ~uld, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the M~ger was in- <br /> <br />structed to negotiate with Neutra and Alexander, Architects, Rain, erg and Lowrey, <br /> <br />Associated, for architectural services for the Police Facility building only and <br /> <br />report back at the meeting to ~e held July 7, 1958. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />'~esolution No. 58-161 authoriz~ the cona~m-ation of certain real <br />property for the purpose of establis~t-g thereon public builds, <br />incl,,~t~g a Public Library and a Police Depa~-~aent Building, and <br />declaring the pmblic necessity therefor" <br /> <br />for Civic Center site, was considered and l~SSed by the following vote: <br /> <br />~yes, Counc~-~n Royal E.
