RESOLUTION NO. 78-54 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> ~4ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-131 <br /> IN PART RELATING TO THE RATE OF COMPENSATION <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, that Resolution No. 73-131 is hereby <br />amended by deleting paragraph 3 therefrom and inserting a <br />new paragraph 3 to read as follows: <br /> <br />3. BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS. <br /> <br /> Each member of this board shall receive the <br />sum of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each regular or <br />adjourned meeting of said board which said member <br />attends; provided, however, no such member shall <br />be paid more than forty dollars ($40.00) for such <br />attendance at meetings held during any one calendar <br />month. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED, this 15th day of May , 1978, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: COUNCILMEN: Ward, Brandt, 0rtiz, Evans, Garthe <br /> <br />NOES: COUNCILM~N: Yamamoto <br /> <br />ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: B%icken <br /> <br />C~ERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />FORM: ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
