RESOLUTION NO. 78-77 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DELETING FROM THE BOUNDARIES OF CENTRAL TRAFFIC DISTRICT "A" SECOND STREET BETWEEN MAIN AND BUSH STREETS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 22507, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 36-2, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby declare that all that portion of the City of Santa Ana lying within the following described exterior boundary line shall be designated as Central Traffic District "A": Beginning at the northwest corner of First Street and Broadway, thence northerly in a direct line to the southwest corner of Fourth Street and Broadway; Thence westerly to the southeast corner of Fourth Street and Ross Street; Thence northerly to the northeast corner of Fourth Street and Ross Street; Thence Easterly to the northeast corner of Fourth Street and Birch Street; Thence northerly to the northeast corner of Fifth Street and Birch Street; Thence easterly to the northwest corner of Fifth Street and Broadway; Thence northerly to the center line of Sixth Street at the west side of Broadway; Thence westerly on the center line of Sixth Street to the center line of Van Ness Street; Thence north to the north property line of Sixth Street; Thence easterly to the northeast corner of Sixth Street and Ross Street; Thence northerly to the center line of Eighth Street at the east side of Ross Street; Thence easterly on the center line of Eighth Street to the west side of Broadway; Thence northerly to the southwest corner of Broadway and Tenth Street; Thence easterly to the center line of Broadway; Thence southerly on the center line of Broadway to its intersection with an easterly prolongation of the center line of Eighth Street; Thence easterly to the east property line of Broadway; Thence southerly to the northeast corner of Broadway and Eighth Street; Thence easterly to the northwest corner of Eighth Street and Main Street; Thence northerly to the southwest corner of Main Street and Washington Avenue;
