RESOLUTION NO. 78-91 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL ORDERING THE WORKAND IMPROVE~NTS, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES, IN A SPECIAL ASSESS~.~ENT DISTRICT% (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 242) CITY OF SANTA kNA WHEREAS, this City Council has instituted proceedings and con- ducted a Public Hearing for the construction of certain public works of improvement, together with appurtenances and appurte- nant work in connection therewith, including acquisition where necessary, in a special assessment district pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of the-Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; said special assessment district known and desig- nated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 242 [LA BONITA/ROSITA] (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). NOW, THEriEFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CALIFOR~IA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the above-recitals are all true and correct. WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements hereinafter mentioned to be done, and therefore the said City Council hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made, to-wit: The construction of certain street improvements, including grading, paving, curbs and gutters, driveway approaches, street trees and sidewalks, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in a special assessment district known and desig- nated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 242 [LA BONITA/ROSITA] SECTION 3. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS For further particulars, reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 78-68 and to the plans and drawings for said improvement on file in the Office of the City Encineer and the City Clerk of said City, and to the specifications
