RESOLUTION NO. 78- 105 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281, AS AMENDED, <br />TO CHANGE THE SALARY COMPENSATION LEVEL ASSIGNED TO THE <br />CLASS OF ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers <br />and employees of the City of Santa A/la; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEF~AS, the City Council intended, and now intends that the level of salary <br />compensation assigned to the class of Assistant City Attorney be increased in con- <br />sideration for the assignment of additional duties and responsibilities to said <br />class during the period of time the City Attorney serves in a dual capacity as <br />Acting City Manager-City Attorney. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha: <br /> <br />That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by changing the level of salary compensation assigned to the <br />class title of Assistant City Attorney (M~0 from Salary Range Number <br />501 ($2402-$2921) to a single, flat rate of $3,000.00 per month; and <br /> <br />2.
