(4) Private fire service rates without de- tector check valves, bi-monthly standby charge: The charges shall be double the rates for private fire services with detector check valves. (5) Fire hydrant rates: Public fire hydrant rates shall be two dollars and eighteen cents ($2.18) per month per hydrant. C. SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS Ail rates and service charges for service to premises outside the City limits shall be double the above rates and charges except to those premises outside the City limits heretofore served at the rates charged to those with- in the City limits.
